SUKKAR means “sugar” in Arabic — a word that instantly brings back memories of Middle Eastern hospitality, celebration, and sweetness.

Our brand was born from that same feeling. We wanted to take the iconic pistachio & kataifi flavours loved throughout Dubai and the Middle East, and reinvent them into a modern spread made in Australia.
