We aim to deliver every jar of SUKKAR Dubai Filling fresh, safe, and on time. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1️⃣ Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2️⃣ Delivery Times
Australia (Domestic Shipping)
• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping times may vary based on your location and courier delays.
International Shipping
We offer international delivery to select countries.
• Standard International: 6–15 business days
• Express International: 3–7 business days (where available)
Customs clearance can extend delivery times.

• $9.99 flat rate
• FREE shipping on orders over $99
New Zealand
• Rate varies according to weight
• No minimum spend
• FREE shipping on orders over $199 NZD
Rates automatically calculate at checkout.
4️⃣ Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
All parcels are trackable end-to-end.
5️⃣ Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.
We cannot refund or re-ship orders if the incorrect address was provided by the customer.
If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at support@sukkarco.com.
6️⃣ Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Parcels
If your order shows no tracking updates for 7+ days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
If the parcel is confirmed lost:
You may choose a full refund or a free replacement.
Courier delays due to weather, peak seasons, or customs are outside our control, but we will assist as much as possible.
7️⃣ Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with:
• Order number
• Photos of the jar/product
• Photos of the box & shipping label
We will send a replacement at no cost once verified.
8️⃣ Shipping Restrictions
Due to food import rules, some countries may restrict delivery of edible goods.
If your order cannot be delivered, we will refund you.
