Subscription Cancellation Policy

We want your SUKKAR experience to be flexible and stress-free.


You may cancel your subscription any time before your next billing date.

Once an order has been billed, processed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


To manage or cancel your subscription, simply use the “Manage Subscription” link found in your order emails, or contact us at support@sukkarco.com.


Skipping Deliveries:

You can skip an upcoming delivery at any time before billing.


Failed Payments:

If a payment fails, our system will retry automatically. If payment isn’t updated after multiple attempts, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.


Bundle Cancellation Policy:

All SUKKAR bundles follow the same cancellation rules as subscriptions.


Once a bundle order has been billed or processed, it cannot be cancelled, as preparation begins immediately.

Individual items inside a bundle cannot be cancelled or refunded separately — bundles are treated as one single product.


If a bundle is part of a subscription, the subscription cancellation rules above apply.
