Refund policy

SUKKAR — Refund & Return Policy

At SUKKAR, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because our items are food-based, we follow strict food-safety rules for refunds and returns.

 

1️⃣ Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used food products, including our Dubai Filling jars and dessert spreads.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a manufacturer or quality fault

To request a return, email info@sukkarco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product issue
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

2️⃣ Refunds

Refunds are issued when:

  • The order arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your parcel is lost and confirmed by the courier
  • There is a verified quality issue

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items opened or partially used
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delays caused by couriers once dispatched


3️⃣ Re-Shipments (Re-Run Policy)

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, we’re happy to re-ship the order at no cost once proof is provided.

A re-ship (re-run) will be issued when:

  • The jar arrived broken
  • The seal was damaged
  • The wrong product or flavour was sent
  • Tracking confirms the parcel was lost

We do not re-ship for:

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Customer not collecting the parcel
  • Change of mind


4️⃣ Lost or Stalled Deliveries

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, we will lodge an investigation with the courier.

If the parcel is officially declared lost, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement shipment

 

5️⃣ Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, unless they have already been packed or shipped.

Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.
